Wall Street closes fractionally higher with the Dow up 46pts or 0.38% as better than expected regional manufacturing data [CNBC] and the Paulson plan to revamp U.S. financial market regulation [Reuters] are announced. The index remains below the intermediate and short term trendlines. Nothing much is happening here and I'm not going to get excited until I see an up or down break of the 11,700-12800 trading range.
